This Privacy Policy describes how Wisdom processes personal data. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Mazalore Ltd (Wisdom)
1. Controller; Scope
Mazalore Ltd is the data controller for processing described here (unless stated otherwise). This Policy covers our websites, apps, and integrations.
2. What We Collect
• Account data: email, display name, settings.
• Connection data: where authorized, WhatsApp message content and metadata necessary to provide features; contact metadata is minimized and not used to message your contacts.
• Usage/technical data: device identifiers, IP address, app version, crash/diagnostic logs, telemetry.
• Inferences: non‑medical inferences about emotional tone or patterns derived from your inputs.
• Payment data: handled by app stores or payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
3. How We Use Data (Purposes & Legal Bases)
• Provide and secure the Services (contract).
• Personalize features and non‑medical insights (legitimate interests or consent where required).
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and safety incidents (legitimate interests).
• Comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).
• Improve reliability and safety using de‑identified/aggregated telemetry (legitimate interests).
We do not use identifiable WhatsApp content for advertising. We do not sell personal data.
4. Model Training & Analytics
We do not use your identifiable conversation content to train foundation models for unrelated products without your opt‑in. We may analyze de‑identified data to improve safety and performance. You may opt out of product analytics in settings where available.
5. Sharing
We share personal data with: (a) service providers (e.g., hosting, storage, analytics, email) under confidentiality and data processing terms; (b) affiliates for operations consistent with this Policy; (c) authorities where required by law; and (d) in corporate transactions (e.g., merger), with protections. We do not share conversation transcripts with advertisers.

Where we transfer data outside your country (e.g., to the U.S.), we implement appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where required, supplementary measures. For UK and Swiss transfers, we use approved addenda.

For California and certain U.S. states, you have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of targeted advertising or “sale/share” of personal information. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration and do not share conversation content for targeted advertising. We honor browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where applicable.
9. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn a child under 13 provided data, we will delete it. For teens under the age of majority, parental/guardian consent may be required by local law.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data (e.g., encryption in transit and at rest, access controls). No system is 100% secure.
11. Data Retention
