Introduction

Legal Entity

Mazalore Ltd (trading as “Wisdom”), 116 Gadstonos, 3032, M. Kyprianou, House 3&4 Floor, Limassol, Cyprus.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wisdom’s websites, apps, add-ons, and integrations
(the “Services”), including connecting your WhatsApp account, you agree to
these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy below.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18), you may only use the
Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your activities.

EEA/UK users: if local law requires consent at 16 for certain processing, you
must be at least 16 or have parental consent. The Services are not directed
to children under 13 and such users are not permitted.


3. Nature of the Service; No Professional Advice

Wisdom provides AI-generated reflections, summaries, and insights based on your inputs (including, where you authorize, WhatsApp message content and metadata). The Services are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

WE ARE NOT A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER, COUNSELOR, PSYCHOLOGIST, PSYCHIATRIST, LAW FIRM, FINANCIAL ADVISOR, OR EMERGENCY SERVICE.
No doctor–patient, therapist–patient, attorney–client, or fiduciary relationship is created. Do not rely on the Services for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

IF YOU ARE IN CRISIS OR THINK YOU MAY HARM YOURSELF OR OTHERS, STOP USING THE SERVICES AND CALL YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY NUMBER (e.g., 112/911) OR SEEK IMMEDIATE PROFESSIONAL HELP.


4. Account and Security

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your
credentials, and promptly notify us of any suspected breach. You are
responsible for activity that occurs under your account.


5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) violate any law; (b) upload or share illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, exploitative, or otherwise harmful content; (c) attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Services; (d) use the Services to generate or solicit professional advice; (e) infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights; (f) attempt to collect personal data about others; or (g) bypass or disable safety filters. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.


6. User Content; AI Outputs

You may provide content (e.g., messages, files, prompts) (collectively, “User Content”). You retain your rights in your User Content. You grant Wisdom a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, process, transmit, display, and create non‑human‑readable embeddings of User Content solely to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Services, comply with law, and prevent abuse.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or reflect biases. You are solely responsible for evaluating outputs and for how you use them. Do not use outputs as a substitute for professional judgment.


7. Model Training

By default, we do NOT use your WhatsApp message content or other conversation transcripts to train foundation models for unrelated products or third parties. We may use de‑identified and aggregated telemetry (e.g., feature usage, error rates) to improve reliability and safety. If we ever wish to use identifiable conversation content for broader model training, we will seek your express opt‑in consent and provide a clear opt‑out mechanism.


8. Third‑Party Services (e.g., WhatsApp)

The Services may integrate with third‑party services (such as WhatsApp). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those services. Your use of any third‑party service is governed by its own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party services.


9. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, models, templates, designs, logos, and marks, are owned by Wisdom and its licensors. Except for rights expressly granted, no license is implied.


10. Subscription; Billing

Certain features may require payment. If you purchase through an app store, that store’s terms govern billing, renewal, and refunds. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions auto‑renew until canceled in the applicable store at least 24 hours before the renewal date.


11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WISDOM AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON‑INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR‑FREE.


12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) WISDOM AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES; AND (B) WISDOM’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO WISDOM FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

Some jurisdictions (including in the EEA/UK) do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; for those users, we limit our liability only to the maximum permitted by applicable law and do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or intentional misconduct.


13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wisdom, its affiliates, and personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your User Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.


14. Dispute Resolution; Governing Law

Most concerns can be resolved informally. If not, you and Wisdom agree to **binding arbitration on an individual basis** and **waive any right to a jury trial or class action**. Arbitration will be administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Rules. Seat: San Francisco, California, USA. The Federal Arbitration Act and the laws of the State of Delaware (without regard to conflicts rules) govern this agreement. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@wisdomapp.ai with subject “Arbitration Opt‑Out” and your account email.

If arbitration is unenforceable for a claim, the exclusive venue will be the state or federal courts in Delaware, USA. EEA/UK consumers retain any mandatory rights and forums provided by local law.


15. Changes; Termination

We may modify the Services or these Terms. Material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach or risk to the Services. Upon termination, Sections 6, 9, 11–14, and 17 survive.


16. Export; Sanctions

You may not use the Services if you are subject to sanctions or are in a country embargoed by the U.S., EU, or UK. You agree to comply with applicable export control laws.
